		<description>Cool article. I&#039;ll admit I had to read it twice with all that math in there ;) but I think I got the gist. I&#039;d love to be able to get up earlier and have that extra time to work on my business (this is what I consider to be leisure time--geeky, I know). Steve Pavlina wrote an interesting article on his blog about training yourself to get up earlier. Here&#039;s the link if anyone&#039;s interested:

Of course, you outlined both these things in the post.  But assuming everything is true and just answering the question, I&#039;d definitely sleep less and have fun more!
